YAY! We’re back on track with Ep 11 of OTH. I’ve missed it so. Howev, I was slightly disappointed in this episode. As my friend Allyson said, it was a One Tree Dr. Phil Fest! Everyone was in some sort of therapy session it seemed.
And speaking of therapy, did you notice the therapist that Nathan and Hales was talking to? That was totally Jake Ryan’s gf from Sixteen Candles… Carolyn! I kept looking at her thinking “WHO IS THAT!!??” and the accent was throwing me for a loop, when suddenly it hit me! One of my favorite movies of all time.. Sixteen Candles!
And now back to our show! So Brooke is trying to adopt a baby. She obv hearts little Jamie and would be a fab mom, im sure.. but Brooke Davis – Mother?? I’m not ready for that! But, I think the adoption lady may have a change of heart FSR.
Hales and Nathan are getting back on track. I figured their “nanny drama” would last longer than this, but I like to see them happy.
Oh Lucas! Why on earth can’t you just go get back together with Peyton? UGH! I thought Lindsay was ov-dub. Not so much. I’m sure she’ll take Luke up on his offer to come find him when she is ready. But I prefer she didn’t so he and P can just get on with it!
Dan – stalking the kiddo at school. He said it himself (to Jamie), “I better go before I start to look all pervy” GO Dan.. GO AWAY!
And that’s about all I’ve got folks! It wasn’t the most entertaining episdode, IMO, but it’s back so that deserves a Hi5!

Sorry I missed a week, but now we’re back on track!!
I love how the old school OTH-ers keep making a comeback! Last week it was the return of Bevin! Apparently she went to college, and now works at Macy’s. Wonderful. She also has a son, who she readily whipped out a picture of to show Brooke, and he is BUTT-UG! Poor child! Also, Bevin mentions the kiddo’s name is Nathan… hmmmm…. my friend Tiffany reminded me that when Tim came to rescue the girls from the library, as the pizza delivery boy, he mentioned having a son who ALSO has the name Nathan.

It looks like Brooke and Owen are hitting it off. How fun was it when his friend turned out to be Chase? Wouldn’t it be neato if Chase comes back around to hook up with Peyton?
OR… moving right along to tonight’s episode, the 100th episode of OTH, will it finally be time for Peyton and Lucas to rekindle? That would just be WAY to simp, wouldn’t it?
It’s the day of Lucas and Lindsey’s wedding. Karen is in town with Andy and Lilly. YAY we meet the little sister after all. And that’s “Aunt Lilly” to Jamie, bt-dub! My question of “did Karen get back together with the ex-professor bf?” is finally answered. She totally did, and he is as dElish as EVER!
Dan is stalking the church as everyone is going inside to attend the wedding as he is approached by Haley who pretty much tells him to stay away from everyone and to go to H!!
INSANE NANNY is lurking about in the orchestra section of the church claiming “her little boy is the ring bearer”. I was convinced that she and Dan were working together, seeing as they are both crazy and have a weird obsession with Jamie. However, after seeing Dan whip her a$$ and take the kid back, I may have been a little off kilter there!
UM how DARE Dan try to be a hero by returning Jaime to Nathan and Haley… and the rest of the family who joined together to search for little J Luke.
And WHAT HAPPENED with Lindsey and Lucas? Of course I was secretly routing for them NOT to get married, but I am NOT BFF with the fact that a BREAKING NEWS ALERT happened to update the weather (however I do understand the importance!!).
I saw: Lucas say “I do”, commercials, Breaking News Alert, Lindsey running down the aisle EXITING the church, and Lucas falling to the ground, commercials.
I missed the wedding, people. I missed the WEDDING!
UGH.
Ok so maybe there is some hope for Petyon and Lucas. I can’t WAIT!!!

The "locked in the library" episode made me laugh and maybe cry a wee bit. All of the name calling / dang near knock-down-drag-out between Peyton and Lindsey in the library was hilar but when Peyton made reference to Lindsey's father, and we found out he had died, not so funny any more. I still want Peyton and Luke together, the will NEV change. FSR, I can't seem to shake the feeling that Lindsey is a little crazy.
I was baffled by the fact that NOONE's phone worked, but hey…. its TH! What do you expect? I thought they were all equipped with iPhones, but apparently that would only be Brooke in this situation, and OF COURSE the battery died.
Good thing TIM returns to save the day!! I was so excited to see him. AND… he's a pizza boy!! "Since we're all locked in here alone, who wants a piece? Extra sausage!" Hahahahaha.. ohhhh TIM! Of course the girls are repulsed by this, yet they still love Tim just as I do, and he did set them free… FINALLY! Hi5 Tim!
We also got to see Mouth get his first news story going on the Ravens, and he remembers his bff Jimmy. That also brought a mini tear to my eye.
And finally, THE NANNY QUIT!! She'll be back though, I'm sure.
DAN!!! OMG .. dub-ev. If he gets out of jail, I will have a serious flip out. And WTH?? Is he going to go after little Jamie? I suppose we'll have to wait and see!

So Lindsey found the ring. Would Lucas have proposed to her if she didn't? NO! I for ser don't think so. Luke has had a major mind-burp. I am sick of trying to figure out what is going on inside his head. I can't get over the fact that he broke up with Peyton when she said she wanted to wait a year to get married. Obviously he has snapped. He loves Peyton, but FSR wants to marry Lindsey ASAP. Whatev.
Looks like the bartender came back for Brooke after all. Nice... I think they are cute!
Mouth and Millicent.. yay! I'm glad he went back for her....and Gahhhh.. Alice! What a little hussie! She slept with the entire news staff and more. Is it possible that she will come back and bust Mouth out, along with the other 87 guys she boinked?!
The nanny is sickening, to say the least. Crazy to the 57th power, i say. What's up with her "sometimes i pretend you're my kid." to little J Luke? I can't wait to see what's behind her behavior. Something is driving her to come in and "steal" a family. Why can't she go get her own?
I suppose coming up we'll see Peyton, Lindsey, and Hales locked in a room togeth. Lindsey is going to go crazy, but she doesn't know who she's dealing with. Peyton has survived the worst of the worst.. i.e. psycho Derek! Lindz.. be prepared for a whoopin!

A night at Trick!
**Due the unfortunate torandic experience in the mid-south area last week, I missed OTH. I was totally bummed, but fortunately I was not affected by the storm. Howev some people that I know were. My thoughts and prayers go out to those harmed or affected in any way by the weather that day.**
Moving on to this weeks episode, I think I'll start with Brooke's mom. One word... "B". There, that should do it!
As for Mouth and his booty call boss... I'm so glad he told her where to stick it and QUIT! I'm not sure that's the end of Alice though.
Yay for him and Millicent.. ador!
The nanny is pretty much a skank. She doesn't know who she's dealing with. Haley, for one, will kick her A$$ and Nathan has more sense than she thinks.... or does he??!
K Fed made an appearance... puke! I so totally can't stand him. Just when we thought he was Ov-Dub, heeee's baaacck! But for how long? Hopefully he'll make a quick exit.
Kudos to Mia for a BA performance!
I thought Brooke and the bartender would most def hook it up, but no-go. Or... maybe that will resurface. She needs some boy action!

Does anyone think Lucas has lost his dang mind?? Why did he let Peyton go when he proposed and she asked if they could wait a year? OMG am I the only one who thinks he blew off an engagement? I cant figure out WTH he's thinking. Peyton didn't turn him down. SHE WANTED TO WAIT A YEAR!!! Geez.
Peyton reveals to Luke that she did, in fact, come back to TH for him (duh!!) and he bailed on her. I cried. And what does he go and do? FSR he PROPOSES TO LINDSEY. She has been going J crazy over Peyton, because she's CRAZY, and he proposes. How dudely of him to turn away from the love of his life and go ask the nut-so gf to marry him. I'm devastated for ser.

So we have an episode mostly about Peyton and Lucas. I would normally be happy about this, but instead I’m just pissed! Hasn’t anyone ever heard of an ENGAGEMENT? Isn’t that what “wait a year to get married” means? What did I miss… why did they break up? This is SO annoy. I get frustrated with their relationship because I can relate to it. It’s a never ending cycle of BS!
I still think Lindsey is coo coo. Wait for it, folks!

Victoria! What a B?!!??? I was way shocked to see her being nice to Brooke, I should have known she had a plan to be an a$$ after the grand opening of TH's C over B. The store will do fine without Victoria and her TOTAL rudeness. Hopefully she'll be gone soon.
OMG!!! What UP with the claw marks on Mouth from the cougarboss?! Hilar!! I couldn't stop cracking up. It seems she has plans for him, even beyond the possible weekend reporter job. This should be intersting. Ummmm... will Mouth find a new love for Brooke's assistant Millicent (eew/nice name btw, and did I spell that right?!)..hmmmmm!?? I'd like to see how cougarboss would handle that.
K Fed's character Jason, the diva-rockstar, sucks. Thank GOD he's Ov-Dub! It was kind of obvious that the keyboard player, Mia, would end up with the studio time, but I didn't anticipate Haley firing the K Fed rocker, to leave Mia with her own potential record deal! HAHAHAAA
Now Haley is a producer at Peyton's new label, which is obviously going to take quality time away from Jamie and the family. Nathan IS the assistant to the assistant coach for the TH Ravens (told ya!). So this will give the Carrie the nanny more things to do around the Scott house. She creeps me out. I'm sure she'll end up seducing Nathan, and there is something very "Hand That Rocks The Cradle"-esque about her. Eeek... Nannyzilla.
Now lets get to the good stuff.. Peyton and Lucas. When L told P the bartender "wasn't good enough for her" I almost punched the TV. I am SO glad P ran after him and pretty much told him to screw off. UGHHHH.... so annoy.
Did anyone see Sophia Bush on Regis and Kelly this week? I had to turn the channel because I'm not a fan of spoilers. About all I can handle are the previews for the upcoming episodes. Next week ... Peyton and Lucas back on??? Whats going to happen with Lindsey, and did I see Brooke kissing Luke? WTH??!! Are we seeing a dream that someone is having? I want Peyton and Luke together, but it seems a bit too soon in the season. We'll see, won't we?!

Ok!!! A couple shockers!
Whoa.. Victoria is Brooke's mom. Who saw that one coming? I didn't! I don't think Brooke will leave TH, but I can't wait to see these two throw DOWN! And DAN... I was taken by that too. I didn't think we'd see him for a bit ....GRROSSSS, and I do not love the fact that Nathan left him a picture of Jamie.
HAHAHAAA ... Maybe I saw this one coming, Petyon and I are.. or were ....thinking alike about Lucas' Lindsey being a nuttyfruitcake. Peyton may now believe in the [good-luck bamboo "I'm here" plant] and be somewhat convinced Lindsey is just a sweetie, but I still think there is room for some crazy LucasGF-ness. Speaking of the [good luck "I'm here" bamboo plant], whatUP with K FED?? I'm stoked that he is going to play a (faux) rockstarDIVAbadA$$. I'm going to crack up HYSTERICALLY at him, and love to hate him even more than I already do! His acting is pathet and he is NOT hot!
HOTTTT?? Nathan Scott, that's who's hot! I love the scruffy-face/hair. I have a current beef with the nanny (... who we all need to pay attention to, ummm totally looks like Haley... WTH??) since she convinced him to clean up. Well, my beef with her is for aesthetics. I'll miss the scruff-face, hopefully he'll keep the hair, but it's good to see Nathan shaping up for Hales and J Luke! How CUTE is that kid?
Ummmmm I TOLD YOU MOUTH WOULD GET IT ON WITH THE MEAN "B" OF A BOSS!!! Yuck/HILAR! Well, I can’t really take total credit for that. My BFF Ally called that one, but I totally agreed!
Maybe we WILL get to see Brooke and K Fed hook up! No? I know it’s a long shot, but that would be fun.... wouldn't it?

my fellow OTH-ers! I'm Lana DeLuca
/ I loooove One Tree Hill, and have been into it since about mid season one. I
wasn't present for the moment in history when the first episode aired, BUT my
best friend Allyson was a fan. I was droppin' Gavin DeGraw's CD
"Chariot" onto my iTunes and when OTH's theme song "I Dont Wanna
Be" came on, Ally said.. "Hey! That’s the song to my new fave
show!" I had to have a gander after that, and have been hooked ever since.
I
work in promotions and on-air in radio, here in Memphis so it kind of goes without saying, I
love music! TV shows with some awesome music, such as OTH, are the best.
Ok,
maybe my BFFs think I'm a little "quirky" but it seems they love me
just as well! We spend a lot of our time hanging out around Memphis. On the back patio at Brookehaven
Pub, at the Blue Monkey, and pretty much at ANY and ALL live shows... Newby's,
The Orpheum, The New Daisy, The FedEx Forum, the Hi-Tone, Snowden Grove
Amphitheater.. and on and on!!
So,

I
look forward to seeing how things turn out with Peyton's Brooke-funded record
label. Do we think her first artist will be K Fed?? OMG….Brooke and K Fed??!!
