A controversial new computer game is based on illegal immigrants and its growing popularity is at the heart of the immigration debate. The game is called "Iced" and the goal is to run away from federal agents before being taken to prison and beaten.
The player has a choice of multiple immigrants, from a Mexican teenager looking for a job, to a Ukrainian student with an expired visa. The player soon realizes that without proper immigration paperwork, one must make some difficult decisions. For example, should an illegal immigrant report a crime he or she has witnessed? The computer game's makers say the game educates people about the unfair life of an undocumented worker.
