CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (AP) - A body has been found wrapped in a tarp at a boat dock in the gated Waterhaven section.

The body was found Thursday afternoon, April 10, 2008, at a residential boat dock on South Chickamauga Creek.

Investigators said they were uncertain how the body ended up at the site. They said it could have been dumped or floated down the creek. The body was unidentified.
