PATASKALA, OH - Two people in Ohio are facing child endangerment charges after police found video of someone holding a marijuana pipe to a little girl's mouth.
Police say the video shows Melvin Blevins, 18, holding the pipe. The child can be seen squirming, then someone blew marijuana smoke in the toddler's face.
"You can tell that she's inhaling some of it," said Pataskala, Ohio Police Chief Chris Forshey. "You can tell that she doesn't want to, so it's pretty disgusting video."
The video was found on Blevins' hard drive of his computer, when it was searched after his indictment on a separate charge. Blevins had been indicted in a drug bust that included more than $3 million in cash and more than a ton of marijuana.
Blevins and a 16 year-old girl were both charged and both say they are innocent.
