Following a ruling by the Tennessee Court of Criminal Appeals, Criminal Court Judge Mary Beth Leibowitz on Thursday, April 17, 2008, dropped a murder by destructive device conviction of Alford Lee Morgan.

She then sentenced Morgan to four years in prison for reckless homicide, which the jury had also returned in the death of Barbara Weimer.

What? So the DJ gets seven years for having child pron, not participating, just having it. And this guy gets a slap on the wrist for killing someone? Where is the justice here? I dont understand the sentencing guidelines here. The DJ got what he deserved, why not Alford Lee Morgan?
