Tennessee Girl Says She Was Sexually Assaulted During Music Class

Chattanooga, TN – According to a police report, a Chattanooga high school girl says she was sexually assaulted during a music class.

According to the report, the teenage girl says boys in the class pinned her down and simulated sexual acts on her.  The girl told police several students also pushed her shirt down to her waist, according to the report.

Police say, in the report, the attack happened during a Music History class on Tuesday, April 15, 2008, at Hixson High School.

The teacher of the class, Matt McHenry, has been suspended without pay pending the outcome of an investigation, according to Chattanooga Television station WRCB.  The police report says McHenry had left the classroom.

According to investigators, some of the boys in the class have admitted to having some part in the attack on the girl.

why take it out on the teacher? These students are responsible for their actions, they are in high school, not mental education.
The parents are also responsible for thier childrens actions. Call the parents to the school and confront their children and the girl who was attacked.
Why the teacher if he left the room.

I used to live in Hixson and it was a QUIET little town 7 years ago. What happened?
I can grant you one thing, these students were not WHITE!!!!
