MEMPHIS, TN – Memphis police are asking for your help identifying a man who is in extremely critical condition following a hit and run.

According to investigators, the hit and run happened around 2:15 p.m., Saturday, July 19, 2008, in the 2300 block of Joy Lane.  Witnesses told police that a white SUV may have been involved in the hit and run.

Detectives describe the victim as an Hispanic man, 5’4”, 140 lbs, with black hair and a medium complexion.  Police believe the victim is between the ages of 25 and 28 years-old.   The victim has pre-existing scars on his forehead, between his eyebrows and scars on his right hand and left forearm.
