I think that this man doesn't deserve to be among anyone. He needs severe punishment. I can't understand why he would do anything like this to a baby. He should have no rights to a fair trial. If he gets jail time he's more likely not to get enough, then when he gets out he is probably gonna do it again. If he does go to jail he's getting a free place to stay and 3 meals a day on to which taxpayers are paying for. In my own personal opinion and I think others would agree, that child molesters doesn't get the right kinda punishment that deserve. Child molestation to me is worse than murder because that child has to live with the memory what has been done to him or her for the rest of their life!

I think that this guy is very very sick, seriously. I also think he needs not to around people, of any age. I don 't care that he hasn't had an arrest record, that's like saying it's okay for "a serial killer to kill his first 15 victims, but, it's okay because he has no record!" and move on. That is very disgusting, and to do that to his own child is even more sick! He needs to be put under the jail, under the foundation of the jail, down below the basement!!!

I can only hope that if he ever gets out of jail that someone takes it apon themselves to either beat him to death or at least until he can walk or move any more And if he doesn't get out I hope that he gets what he did to that poor child done back to him a hundred times over I hope he is someones *** right now

Something is mentally wrong with him. How can you even insert in a 8 day old? I wish the justice system would stop wasting our tax dollars and just insistantly kill people like him. Give him three days to repent One for the Father Son and Holy then put him to sleep.

I have 7 children and i couldnt imagine anyone, man or woman doing any harm to anyone of them. If it ever happened to my kids he wouldnt be on the news being charged I WOULD! He would be a dead brother and i would have a MURDER CHARGE !!!!!!!!! I hope they do to him in jail what he did to that innocent baby.

Of course you are going to defend a family member. You are the one who are in denial. And your brother, if he is your brother, already committed a crime when he had sex with a minor, in order for her to become pregnant. There are ways to tell if he is the rapist dummy. Have you not heard of DNA. They obviously have proof on him, or he would not be locked up. Also there were people there when the rape occurred. Where you there in the room when the baby was raped. How about you show some concerned for the innocent baby. I have not read any where that you feel bad for your possible niece. And to think you say you have two daughters. If someone had raped one of your girls (God forbid) how you would feel if someone was trying to protect the accused, and not even mentioning the fact that your baby was raped. I understand that he is someone's son, brother, and relative,but that baby was someone's child also. That innocent baby didn't deserve none of this. Even though you may have kids, that doesn't mean a damn thing. Have you ever realized child molesters may not mess with their relatives, but with their own kids/someone else's. I don't know your brother/son, but what he's accused of doing is sickening. I wasn't there,so I don't know the truth. But, the prosecuters will in the long run.If he's acquitted in this charge, then holler back and let us know. Until then it is what it is. Also,since there were a housefull of people there, their sick asses need to be charged with something too. But, truly he better watch his ***!!!(They don't like child killers or molesters).

There are certain types of people who get dealt with "in house"= jail/prison or street justice even: Child molesters and rapists are at the top of the list. So whoever teh perpetrator is will get their just due. Believe that.

I checked back on here to see if there were any updates... and am HORRIFIED at the family of this "man." If it wasn't Reginald Davis that did this cruel act, then they need to start looking at other family members and friends as SOMEONE in their "inner circle" was the perp!!! Whatever, it says something about this entire family. (And I STILL maintain it was a crime for him to have had sex with an underage girl....)

It also says something about the state of Memphis' educational system that these two people are so obviously illiterate! It makes me shudder to see the spelling and grammatical errors. And I have to admit to grinning when I read the end of miesha17's post where she gave her version of "dumb." I guess we all have differing views on intelligence!

Maybe the end result will be a good thing, for this baby. Perhaps the state will take custody of her and give her a family with values and provide her with a chance at a new life and an education.....

The whole family in that hosehold was crazy that baby suffered she had to scream
