Who ever comments on this subject we greatly appriciate your comments and concerns. I am the granddaughter Tina Nelson that was on the scence when 911 did not arrive. I kicked in the window to find her not alive. All we want viewers to know to stay close to your elderly family members because you cannot trust the people who are trained to help the citizens. Everyone know that this is known to happen in tennessee so just be careful and take care of your Loved ones.

I so said to hear about your lost. That is so sad to have a love one gone when there could have been something done about it. Just keep the faith and pray. I know the lord will help you and your family go thourgh this hard time.

This is sad! This is out of control in here in Memphis! I had Brinks at my home because I have a sister that has no hip so I want her to feel safe when I'm not at home. This scares the hell out of me!.. We pay taxes and we should be able to call the police or ambulance for help. I'm praying for this family! I pray this don't happen again. I hope this family continue to seek legal help and go all the way with it! A life was lost for no reason!

This is awful. It breaks my heart because all the precautions were taken for this woman to be safe in her home and the ones that were supposed to help keep her safe are the ones that let her down. I hope that this is investigated and the ones who dropped the ball should be held accountable. Your family is in my thoughts and prayers.

Sorry to hear about your loss. It was a shock to find her under sad circumstances. I am also sorry to hear about the loss of your father. I didn't even know that either. I have been looking for Keva! This is a very sad story all over a careless mistake. I know that money can't bring this grandmother back, but I would try suing the state(if they're the one who made the mistake). When someone thinks that they are doing what's needed for their family member to be safe, then this. It's just a painful situation.
