I would be interested in knowing the whole story on why we are still paying the wheel tax that was touted to fixed the school problem - that tax that we were supposed to only have to pay that one single year, it was going to raise a whole lot of capital to be used to improve our school system. Now, some many years later, we are still paying the wheel tax - what was that money used for the first year? Where is that money going now? Why are we still paying it? It obviously did not "fix" our school system. It's got to be bringing in quite a few million each and every year for something.
