it was low due to Americans not traveling, or not driving as much.

This is definitely an American problem and a Memphis problem, you see most Americans have a on going love affair with there cars, there nothing like the feeling when the rubber meets the road, but when the gas pumps meet the gas tank, that's another story, so some will be force to park it and others will buy no matter what the price. If gas prices rise as is expected this will be good for the local economy, folks with stay closer to home and vacation in the surrounding areas--------this forums is sort of connected to the one I wrote about (Will Memphis or Mississipi every get another theme park ),due to the fact that we will lose to other area theme parks such as St Louis Six Flags and Arkansas Magic Springs & Crystal falls, my point is since the closeing of Liberty land we have no place in Memphis to take our childern other than to wait on the mid-south fair once a year also Memphis and Mississipi could use the money for own economy.
