present a one-hour presentation on “Employment Tax Adjustment or Claim For
Refund (Form 94X). This topic covers the new procedures for making corrections
to employment tax returns for 2009 and beyond. A handout packet with
Publication 4676 from the Office of Taxpayer Burden Reduction, amount other
pertinent IRS Publications and materials will be given to each in attendance.
