ok so..I ate at Neil's Bar and Grill located at 1835 Madison Ave on Oct 12 2009 and I would like to say the food and service were horrible!!! I ordered sodas--they were flat. I ordered a steak and vegetables and while the steak was scrumptious the broccoli was OVER seasoned so I asked for french fries as a replacement thinking they couldnt possibly screw that up. The fries came back burnt to a crisp and drenched in oil. Both waiters were rude and assholes and one of them refused to continue waiting on me because she was upset that I complained about food that I was spending MY money on. The waiter that replaced her told me he didnt care about what I had to say. he just wanted me to pay and leave. and the third one had the nerve to insinuate that I am a prostitute because he has seen me with two guys in the restaurant before. I dont understand how that question was relevant to the poor customer service and food I received but go figure. I did not leave a tip. I did not eat my steak. I was so furious I paid and left and after the way I was treated last night I will NEVER step foot in that place again!

Coko you absolutely did the right thing, I would hope that others will read your post and not eat there either, I for one hate bad services, I have experience that in the past and even ask the management to do something about it, only to get the same results from the management, but one then can understand why the staff was inefficient and undertrained, however thanks for the warning.
