I feel he should have had a mental evaluation. What is the real reason why he shot that small child? Did he really feel threatened or was the gun thing a cover up to shoot a 'black kid'? What is the ruling on the fatal shot? Why was the second shot fired? Are there rules to wounding a criminal or suspected criminal? I feel that is why he is still being pursued. He did not have to shoot the child twice. That is what the court case needs to be based on was proper procedure followed? That misunderstanding costed a 12 year old his life. Now his mother gone miss him but she shouldn't have let him walk to the store that late and let him play with guns, (if he had one). She needs to be evaluated for some kind of child neglect. Let's be fair and acknowledge all the guilty persons in this child's death. God Bless Us to learn from this sadness.

Why are there no posts here?

Anytime a child is killed it is very unfortunate.
