Alex Bugnon was in town this past weekend at Sharon's  Banquet and Jazz Club.  Let me say this is one of the most disapointing places and concerts i have EVER!!!! attended!  The tickets were sold as dinner and show $45.00 .  Well there was no dinner except for a choosen few.  and this woman Sharon is just a very unprofessional ignorant person!  After Alex Bugnon played for about an hour he took a break and never returned!  We never got to hear our favorites!!  I do think this was her fault, because soon after the air conditioning was turned off, many people were compliaing about not being served the paid for dinner, and those that did not complain  just left.   She said it was because so many people left and he did not want to play for a few people.  I don't believe it!!  

     Sharon never apologized for the poor service, nor did she give any explaination  at all as to why we were not served.  Some body was at a desk downstairs taking names but I don't believe anything will be done at all. 

     Channel 24 should know about businesses that you lend your name to support.  You should cut ties with this so called business.   Sharon should be ashamed of herself, and the business Extreme Catering has the right name Extreme Catering is Extremely BAAAADDDD!!!!   Denise Williams

  

Do they act like that at all the shows? I got a million fans coming to see Bobbi Humphrey. She's our black queen you know of the Flute. I'm a young person, but Jazz is my thing. Gotta show respect for our History. Don't won't her mistreated. That's a shame about Alex. He's another great musician. Think I gonna call the club and make sure of some of the June shows I was planning on going to. For that kind of money, I want me and my friends to enjoy Les McCann and Bobbi Humphrey.
