    What! You Want More.

It reminds me of an abused spouse who's been badly beaten when asked "why don't you leave him, you can find someone better and the reply is- but I love him" and she goes back to him and the abuse continue. So go's the abusive spouse (Republicans), and the Democrats who claim they would vote for McCain if Hillary didn’t win the nomination or if she is not the VP pick, four more years of down trodden agony in the working class segment of our population, 4 more of the wealthiest to get tax breaks, given massive tax cuts to people who don't need them, 4 more of our sons and daughters that will serve in a war that should not have ever been fought, Mcsame has voted in favor of bush 95% of the time, More war, recession, unemployment, high gas prices, America's poor world image, crumbling infrastructure, lack of healthcare-yes McCain offers a lot to the American people, more of the same.

Since the world has alreadyevolved to a world economy, ask yourself this:
What does America have to offer the world?
Natural resources and metals for China? Mining interests? Manufacturing for foreign cars for Korea and Japan?
What do we do for England, France, Russia the Arab League at the UN? Police other nations who are about to cause nuclear war?
OK smarty pants, since all this nonsense started before the war fully three years, during the Clinton Administration, with Embassy bombings galore during his entire term, what do you think the message they were sending was?
What do you think would happen if we stop doing what we are doing now?
    And please, make sense.

Once a brave man and president said: (Neither a wise nor a brave man lies down on the tracks of history to wait for the train of the future to run over him, that man was Dwight D Elsenhower who by the way warned us of the industrial Military complex. The United States has many things to offer the world we have a lot of resouces, our way of life is a resouces in itself our democracy and freedom, and  that is why we cannot live like sheep and let the wolves operate, soon we won't have a democracy with freedoms. true the world has evolved in to a world economy but the future I see in this economy is full of lies and deception (did we find any weapons of mass destruction in Iraq? well why are we there?who send the message? I thought the problems was in Afghanistan with bin laden and the taliban. we must change the way we do business in our new world order, we must take the blinder off, we must renew American Diplomacy so we can stop doing what we are doing which is making lot's of enemy's.

    Re: What! You Want More.

Good point, because of the inaction of the previous administration, we "developed" enemies out of people who once lived on their butts in the dirt. That isn't really the point.
    Here is the point.
Iraq has oil, Iran does not. Iran wants oil. We are in their way. Last time they said they were not developing nuclear weapons they were provably developing them and they got their nukes bombed out of existence.
You can't say that Iraq didn't have th weapons, there's WAY more to it than that. You just didn't get the intelligence that was there.
Government hiring practices need to include a psychological screening to screen out people like Scott Ritter.
