MAY 21, 2007 SHERREE DIONNE GOODING WAS SHOT AND LEFT TO BURN IN HER TOWNHOME. SHE IS SURVIVED BY HER TWIN DAUGHTERS...HER MURDER WAS SHOWN ON A&E'S THE FIRST 48...MY GIRLS ARE 3 YEARS OLD AND HAVE TO SPEND THIS XMAS AND THOSE TO FOLLOW WITHOUT MOMMY.  WHY HASNT JUSTICE BEEN DONE.    BEING A SINGLE FATHER, HOW DO I  EXPLAIN AND ANSWER THE QUESTIONS REGARDING THEIR MOM.  WHAT TO DO ABOUT THIS UNSOLVED MURDER MYSTERY?

Hey DetroitNative.  I know its a little late to be replying yp ya post but I just saw the murder on The First 48.  I feel so sorry for you and the girls.  I'm a identical twin as well and although I have no idea what you are going thru, I know for a fact that the girls need their mother.  Its so sad b/c as many cases as they solve, this one is still unsolved.  I think that guy Damien was a good suspect.  I mean why did he go to her house so early in the morning?  Were they having an undercover fling and he was jealous cuz she had spent the night with her new boyfriend?  They said she was burned in the groin area so it seems to be a crime of passion.  Do they have any new leads?  What have theyy been doing since the debut of this show?  I hope the case doesnt stay cold for long.

     In reading the plea for help above, it's obvious to me that it was posted by the victim's babies' father. Damieon is his cousin. At least that's what I recall from the show when the homicide detective asked who she was to him - he answered "She's my cousin's baby momma." So to tell him that Damieon was a good suspect and all, probably isn't gonna do you any good. I believe that they wouldn't turn him in due to the fact that he is family. The babies' father may have been upset with her because of the fact that she even slept with Damieon. So, it's even more reason that he wouldn't turn him in for the murder. The case will never be solved as long as Damieon has family to protect him. But the proof was there with eye witnesses sayin him and his car were at the seen, and he tried to deny it. I hate to be so crass about the situation, but you gotta look at both sides of things.

well i am so touched by the plea for some kind of answers from the kids father.  you have a large amount of responsiblity that is coming your way so be strong for your kids.  i hope and pray that they find you and your family answers.  everyone needs closure.  i just hope they really work on this until they figure it out.  keep your head up and know that you have to be strong for your girls and i just hope they have the answers when they come wiwth questions
