I'll admit it I am a blogger, that's my way of communicating  with American and the surrounding community, therefore I go on other blog site to voice my opinion on different matters, 99% of the time when I blog on most sites it post weather my opinion is pro or con to the article or comments written, and a 100% of the time ...

I too also can remember when we elected our first black mayor of Memphis, I too was extremely proud and believed with this historical election it was our time to shine and show off our talents, you are right our city infrastructures is in pretty good shape but our citizens are morally bankrupt.
